We needed to have an after hour presence to allow for tenant and property security. We had some vagrants and dumpster fire issues in the past.

Initial Security provides the required site presence and will respond to issues as they present themselves. Now all areas of the shopping centre are foot patrolled including the back alleys and all the dumpsters are checked.

We contacted your agency at the start of Covid in Feb 2020. We felt a need for security as the offices were to be shut down with limited staff.
