We needed to have an after hour presence to allow for tenant and property security. We had some vagrants and dumpster fire issues in the past.
Initial Security provides the required site presence and will respond to issues as they present themselves. Now all areas of the shopping centre are foot patrolled including the back alleys and all the dumpsters are checked.
We have been happy with the services provided, and yes we would recommend Initial Security.

We have been working on the Expo Line Skytrain project, where there are high levels of pedestrian traffic, loitering, vandalism, etc.
Then, we reached out to Initial Security to monitor and to deter negative behaviour from the public. Initial Security provided flexible availability of on site security staff.
